  My dad was told that cremation would have been done by Wednesday, he called to see if he could pick up my mom and he was told that it would be Friday and they would call him, Friday came and no call back, he called them and they said sorry it won't be done until Monday. My mom passed on Saturday, it will be over a week before she will be cremated, I guess we will see on Monday if they have any more excuses why he cannot pick her up. I don't recommend using this service, they don't do what they say they are going to do.
