  The staff is very friendly. Did a great job to attending to family cultures. Very pricey if you don't plan ahead. Easy access to grave sites.

  We were met with compassion and empathy on every step of this difficult journey. My husband was despondent, Zoe, the Funeral Director and Charles, the Cemetery Director were amazing in how they slowly drew him out.
  We had a medical emergency right there in the conference room and it was handled efficiently and with dignity.
  The care we were offered was significant enough that we will be making our arrangements through Zoe and Charles.

  Ask for Donna, she works weekend and makes it all clear. However she handles contracts not the casket and other content.
  
  We went in as a group of 12 after a loss in the family. They helped set everything up for each of us: Marker (Grave stone), casket color, flowers or not, cremation or not, what the hospital should do, what kind of insurance or payment plan you want, the whole deal. It's simplified just don't expect to be out in an hour, take a day to do this. (Obviously common sense).
  
  I may come off as insentive but I'm not, this is a big deal. You dont want to leave your family in debt with a few grand or wondering what way you wanted to be buried. You may be 27 or 64. It's never to late and do it soon.
  
  I only gave a 4/5 because on your part you need to be smart and keep receipts and be on top of your contracts, (Insurance and Lot/Market etc.). I hope this helps.

  This is where my father is buried, & it's just absolutely beautiful to see how much love & care there is for everyone there. Every time I go it's so clean & fresh. It's very peaceful & well kept up.
