  Wonderful place to take you beloved family memeber for cremation. Affordable, wide array of options to keep your ashes in(beautiful urns, carved wooden boxes, boxes with frames on them, pendants, etc.), and a clean facility with a nice room to say goodbye to your pet. The staff are extremely nice and sympathetic. They explain the entire process which is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They keep a tag with you pet at all time and check it at each step to ensure that you receive your pet that your brought in(unlike other facilities that have been known to return dogs and other animals that weren't the right ones). I am very happy I was recommended this place to take my beloved chameleon Milton(they take all animals without judgement. He said they even cremated a goldfish for a little boy and they will also take as large as horses). I highly recommend you give them a try with your pet when the unfortunate time comes.

  This place is absolutely wonderful, I will always remember how positive of an experience I had with the staff at Pet Cremation Services. They really are so genuine in how they help you feel at ease when you first walk into their lobby, from when you have to come back to pick up your pet's ashes. I felt comfortable leaving my pet in their hands, and they have a very beautiful room where you can spend some time with your pet before you have to depart.
  
  They left me a very sweet voicemail the next day letting me know my kitty's ashes were ready to be picked up, and they even sent me a lovely card in the mail signed by every staff member shortly after I picked my up pet. Truly a very authentic, wonderfully friendly and empathic staff, I definitely recommend this team to help you with this difficult time in your life, they will treat you like family

  They were very nice there very calming and they made me feel comfortable about leaving my bearded dragon there and knowing he was in good hands...I picked him up today and received a certificate of cremation as well as a velvet bag with a tin and a bag of ashes from my baby with the original tag that was also with him....thank you for everything

  Had to say goodbye to beloved family member and the services provided by John and Ben were superior. They dealt with my stress and grief with patience, empathy and were very accomodating to my needs. They offered advice, support and answered any and all of my questions. They even let me hand pick her urn because the grain was different on each box. Being so invovled in the process, being able to witness her cremation and have her back home same day is a gift I am grateful for. Thank you for everything.

  Most of our animals have been cremated here either taken by us or sent by our Vet depending on the situation. We have always been treated very kindly and with compassion.
